This duplex in the Santa Catalina neighbourhood, 2 minutes from the harbour promenade, consists of 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a side balcony on the ground floor.
In the upper area we find a large living and dining room with open kitchen from where we have access to the large roof terrace with views of the harbour. The flat is equipped with air conditioning hot-cold and an alarm system.
