This flat on 2 floors is nestled in the old town of Soller, a minute’s walk from the market square. A staircase leads up the outside facade to the front door. On this level there is a living room and bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom.
On the second floor there are two large rooms under the roof that need to be converted. Two further bedrooms and a bathroom could be built there. From the windows you can enjoy views over the old town and the surrounding mountains.
