This splendid apartment is right at the seafront on the Repic beach and boasts fabulous views over the sand, palm trees, and clear blue water from the large balcony-terrace and the living-dining room.

The 4th floor apartment can be accessed by lift. One enters into the hallway, which runs almost the length of the flat from the three bedrooms and two bathrooms to the kitchen and the living-dining area. The main balcony is accessed from the living-dining room and the other from the master bedroom. From the main balcony you can enjoy the views to the bay and to the mountains. The equipped kitchen comes with a laundry.

The building is just in front of the Repic beach, which is the perfect spot for swimming and sunbathing. You only have to take the lift, step out the door, and feel the sand between your toes. There is also a public parking right at the corner.

The apartment is furnished and for rent for 9 months. Available from end of October till end of June.
