The light and airy architecture gives the building a particularly fresh ambience. With a light natural stone floor (Gris Balear), high-quality windows made of tropical, renewable hardwood, and varying shades of colour on the walls and woodwork, the furnishing materials complement each other harmoniously.
The concept for both the interior and exterior was developed by the renowned Feng Shui consultant Birgit X. Fischer. From the living-dining area with ceiling heights of approx. 3.8 m, one looks to the mountains as if from a lookout tower, over the uniquely beautiful natural bay and the open sea, over the spacious, partly covered terraces, and far into the nature reserve.
The garden floor, with entrance area and two exceptionally spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, has a ceiling height of approx. 4.50 m. The sunlight reflected from the pool plays on the ceilings of the front bedrooms and gives a feeling of closeness to the water.
Air conditioning and underfloor heating are supplied by an air source heat pump. There is a water decalcification system and a water storage tank of approx. 5 m³.
Despite this quiet location close to nature, you can be in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the beach and harbour town in just a few minutes.
Sunsets are guaranteed from May to October.
